Housing Loan Interest

I would like to highlight the suggestion proposed by YAB "RASAH" in parliament to viewers, where by he suggested that housing interest to be fixed or caped at 4%, like car interest.

Indeed is a very good idea and it will be welcomed by all "rakyat"

"Priviledge Infomation"

It's seem to be the lawyers and some doctors are abusing client/patients chapter even their client/patient life in "danger",they think they are proud to have this kind of information. But they are abusing rule of laws,"they are really stupid".Withholding information's can make investigations stuck....left hanging.

Time have come for lawmakers to amend the law so any information's that were withhold by witness and not disclosed during trial, can be charged in court of laws and any information's come up after the trial will not be admitted.

Dr M : Najib ?

Umno vice-president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has a chance of beating current deputy president Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in the December party elections if there is a fair contest, said former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Nazri: Guards Have No Rights

I am surprise by the comment by Datuk Seri Md Nazri regarding the dress code, first of all our Parliament is not a disco to allow just any body to enter. It's a pride of our nation, that we have parliament, in some country they don't have it at all.

"As long as one does not wear her undergarments outside,
that's fine.Just don't come in your underwear"

Might one day some journalist will show up in her pyjamas, nighties or sleeping dress.

"sometimes even MPs wear skirts above knee length"

Who is in charge of dress code in parliament, i think he is, definitely he fail to implement.

"But if they(security guards) cannot control MPs, then
don't practise double standards"

He is looking for some cheap publicity's hitting at guards. He should set the record straight, not the other way around.

Bank : Easy Money

Banks make a lot out of our hard earned Money.

Bank charges RM 0.50 for cash deposit via counter, even the branch do not have Cash Deposit Machine. I witness one such incidence sometimes ago at Mantin “Yellow Bank”, the counter staff and customer arguing about the charges until the customer give in and went on saying “this is worst than day light robbery”. Bank should not charge if the branch do not have cash deposit machine.

Recently I make withdrawal via MEPS ATM terminal and the slip did not state the account balance . But bank are charging us RM 1.00 for every transactions made via MEPS. I think our RM 1.00 “NOT WORTH IT” for the banks, but it worth for us, you know why, because an average 1 million transaction via MEPS daily, so the bank receive RM 1 million per day, RM 365 million per year. Is this amount not enough to set up the system to indicate the balance amount?

Advice to banks customer to use their ATM card on their respective bank ATM machines every 1st day of the month, because the MEPS system won’t work on that day.

Desprate Anwar : Plot it

DON'T PUMP PETROL / DIESEL / GAS ON AUGUST 18, 2008 WE MAKE IT A GLOBAL EFFORTS

Anwar has challenge the authorities to take him to court, but government must make sure the trial must be fair and judges are credible. And he went on saying :-

" I will throw the file at their faces if the judges are not fit to hear my case"
The Sunday Star, July 6, 2008

They appoint SB to work for PKR without checking his background , or they maybe have done it.That's why they dare to say the govt will fall before Sept 16,2008 , cause they have "ORANG DALAM". Why i am saying this, is because they have the "link photos" barely 18hrs after the reports.

He were accused by SB and report were made against him for "sodomy".

Then he went to Embassy for "protection" and lying about it. He say, he will face the charges and COUNTER sue SB.

Went on saying his life in danger from unknown people, ask for guarantee from the gov , let's say , if he got involve in a car accident it will be a act of conspiracy to trow him out of politics !

Then file reports against IGP and AG for "conspiracy" during 1998 sodomy charges, specifically indicating the "black eye" incidents. This will make the IGP and AG not a credible to charge him or investigate him.The PM will advice to suspend both of them temporally and start investigation, or he may advice to appoint new IGP and AG ?

Previously few top Judges are under scrutiny due to Lingam Video, which release by Anwar part by part.Where he held the Royal Commission run by his terms, even the video release has been edited. The Royal Commission just based their decision on this edited version, by right it should be full and unconditional release by Anwar, then only we can say he is truly seeking justice's.

Once again, he were seen together with PI Bala with SD, in it is the most damaging claim against DPM.Later bare 24 hr after the 1st SD ,2nd SD were filed by the PI and retract back the words against DPM and went missing after the press conference.

Police reports were filed against the PI by PKR youth nation wide.I think, they still believe in the system. Otherwise they wont file reports nation wide, right.

It seem to me that, people still have trust in police even their leader don't.

He could have planned the whole thing by him self, who knows!

SD by PI

25.1 He had been introduced to Aminah by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a diamond exhibition in Singapore.

25.2 Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak informed Abdul Razak Baginda that he had a sexual relationship with Aminah and that she was susceptible to anal intercourse.

25.3 Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak wanted Abdul Razak Baginda to look after Aminah as he did not want her to harass him since he was now the Deputy Prime Minister.

This is just part of the SD , read more

Najib : Diversion Part 2

Source : Malaysiakini

Gods know what else might be pop ping up...........

Why Now .......?

Why only now the PI say something’s that will jeopardise court case. If he knows it from the beginning, he should mention it, in court during the trial, so the judge can make a decision on that. But he remains quiet until Anwar approach him. Maybe Anwar have planned to break now because the PM in waiting is more vulnerable now. What prompt the PI to break the silence now?

I CAN SEE THE "MAT SALLEH” PRESENT DURING THE PRESS CONFERENCE LAUGHING.HE SEEMS TO BE VERY HAPPY WITH THE CURRENT SITUATION IN MALAYSIA.

Anwar Submit report to His Financer

Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar today branded PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim as an United States ‘snitch’.

'Every time something happens, he reports to the US,' says the home minister in response to a caution issued by Washington over the latest controversy involving the opposition stalwart.

If he want to be the Malaysia PM, he should be able to make his own judgement and decisions, not asking foreign party's and go hiding in foreign embassy. If he make it to be the PM would he terminate all the Police ,Army,Judge,Civil Officers and god knows who else....only because he lost confidence. I wonder how, he still able to travel all over world and Malaysia all this time and can arrange meeting with Yong Teck Lee in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.

Anwar :I didn't say I never went

Anwar say "he did go to the posh condominium unit " . I wonder how he is going to explain the alibi against the accusations .Wait and see .............

From Gerak 2 UMNO

This is just a tips of iceberg, many more to come.... Ezam make police report regarding donations for PKR Selangor 100 day celebrations......

Cut the Crap...dude..

All the positives talk.I wonder how he is going to pay RM 6000.00 FOR every citizen when he became the PM.

He needs alot of money, a whopping RM 180,000,000,000.00 I think he is going to dig a oil well behind his house.

iPhone 3G

The new iPhone 3G will go on sale at 8 a.m. next Friday, 11 July 2008 at AT&T retail stores and Apple stores. So if you're planning on lining up, you'd better be ready well before sunrise.
BUT WITH SOME MISSES
The camera - Forbes notes that there's still no flash and no video recording on the device. We're going to see 8 megapixel cell phone cameras in the U.S. this year, and the iPhone is still stuck with a puny 2MP model? Many early rumors also had expected the iPhone 3G to include a forward-facing camera for videoconferencing use.
The battery - Not replaceable. Again. On the other hand, this shouldn't be a surprise considering that Apple is now actually making laptops without replaceable batteries, too.

No MMS - Again, the lack thereof. It just makes no sense. Apple is basically right that you don't need MMS to send pictures on a device that has a full email client, but the problem comes when users of other phones send you a photo via MMS: You simply can't view it on the iPhone. It's a ludicrous limitation on what should be the most advanced phone on the planet.
No live TV - That YouTube feature was fun last year, but now it's grown tiresome and old. Live TV is coming to all manner of handsets now as part of the standard data plan, but one gets the impression that Apple keeps it off the iPhone just so it can sell you TV episodes at $1.99 a pop instead.
No option - 8GB feels pathetically small in 2008. 16GB is really barely passable now. 32GB USB thumbdrives have been on the market since 2006, as cheaply as $140. I'm sure Apple will launch a 32GB model in the near future (another $100, please!), probably around Christmas, in the hopes that you'll buy a third phone.
